Jonathan has subsequently had an exceptional career in resourcing and recruitment including positions as the CEO of Hexagon Human Capital and a non-executive director at Spring Group. Jonathan still holds positions as the non-Executive Chairman at Webrecruit and as the CEO of DRC Group, a leading provider of medical locums to the NHS.
