Jonathan has subsequently had an exceptional career in resourcing and recruitment including positions as the CEO of Hexagon Human Capital and a non-executive director at Spring Group. Jonathan still holds positions as the non-Executive Chairman at Webrecruit and as the CEO of DRC Group, a leading provider of medical locums to the NHS.

With direct experience of creating a better market position through strong talent acquisition strategies and committed employee engagement programs, Rachel is committed to driving value for clients through the creation of outsourced recruitment programs that meet both the strategic and tactical needs of both private and public sector clients.
Rachel was instrumental in defining the managed service offerings within Local Government in response to the Gershon review 04 and CSR 07 delivering significant cashable and non-cashable savings.
Jon has worked in talent management for his entire career. A qualified and experienced HR Change Consultant, Jon has partnered with companies across the globe to implement and deliver large scale people process implementations and service delivery.
